  • Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management for review.
  • Maintain strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills to effectively interact with international students.
  • Familiarity with handling online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Contribute to projects requiring teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, driving the overall success of the team.
  • Organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training.
  • Maintain effective communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training.
  • Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.
  • Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.

Job Details:

Location: Remote (India-based)

Shift Timings: 4 AM - 1 PM IST
