About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer at AideWiser SolTek, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing scalable, efficient, and secure back-end systems using languages like Golang, Python, or Java.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experiences.
  • Debugging and resolving complex issues, including performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and system failures.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest back-end development trends, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Participating in Agile development methodologies to deliver projects on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with at least 5 years of professional experience at a product company.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages like Golang, Python, or Java.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services (e.g., AWS Lambda, EC2, S3).
  • Experience with source control tools, preferably GitHub.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
