Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to oversee the quality standards in our files. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that language subtitles meet Deluxe guidelines and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Verify language subtitles against Deluxe guidelines and client specifications
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and error-free final products
- Maintain an average quality yield of 99% throughout the year
- Ensure timely delivery for all clients
- Coordinate with project managers to implement changes or fixes in languages
- Provide feedback to other users and departments to improve quality measures upstream
- Mentor and coach newer recruits to bring them up to expected quality standards
- Promote teamwork and suggest improvements to the platform or subtitling workflows
- Actively participate in job and personal knowledge training programs
- Exceptional audio sensitivity and ability to understand various English accents
- Good comprehension and communication skills
- Broad cultural knowledge and wide range of interests
- Team player, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Computers and internet
- Good typing speed and accuracy
