Main Frontend Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to lead the development of modern web applications in various contexts. As the frontend lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and implementation of complex frontend projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, with a focus on delivering large-scale production applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with backend and data teams to build integrated user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and development efforts on complex frontend applications using modern web stacks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements and estimate story points.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship through debugging, code pairing, and architectural guidance.
  • Perform code reviews, merges, and builds of front-end codebases.
  • Partner with backend and data teams to build integrated, performant user experiences.
  • Directly manage engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews.
