**Job Description**

The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the clinic, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing sales strategies, and implementing operational excellence to deliver a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute plans to meet revenue targets.
    • Drive sales through consultations, upselling, and service bundling.
    • Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Operations & Service Excellence:
    • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
    • Oversee inventory management, billing, and cash handling processes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors).
    • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
    • Resolve escalations and maintain high client satisfaction ratings.
    • Implement loyalty and referral programs to boost retention.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere to company policies and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
  • Business Development:
    • BUILD local partnerships (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
    • Partner with marketing teams for city-specific activations.
