Visual Content Creator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to craft high-quality visual content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, ads, and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We encourage applicants with experience in graphic design agencies, freelancing, or in-house roles.

  • Create engaging graphics for social media posts, carousels, stories, and ads.
  • Develop brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on visual trends, digital aesthetics, and evolving social media formats.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with strong creative quality.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with social media formats and ad design best practices.
  • Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems.
  • Presentation design skills and interest in motion graphics or UI/UX understanding.
