About the Role

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the design, execution, and strategy for business solutions that are both effective and scalable. As the product CEO, this individual focuses on long-term and short-term vision of the product, aligning customer interests with IT delivery, and representing the product to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Mission-Critical Solutions: Develop innovative solutions involving complex integrations and multiple stakeholders, within our CRM Salesforce application based on user requirements.
  • Work closely with senior executives to drive alignment and deliver multi-faceted capabilities.
  • Partner with IT representatives at all levels to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive appropriate technology solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for your delivery area that synthesizes business customer needs over the long and short term.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of technologies and delivery teams to efficiently meet business needs.

The Product Manager collaborates with internal customers to develop a roadmap of solutions needed to support key business processes. This person prioritizes the request backlog and translates requirements into user stories, writes acceptance criteria, and scores business value.

Experience/Skills Required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce CRM implementation for Sales or Sales Operations, specifically in Account Management and/or Territory Management, and Salesforce automation.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience with 8+ years of related information systems experience.
  • Proven experience with enterprise system implementations and solution architecture for global companies with complex business processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM system implementation and automation.
