Key Deliverables

  • Establish sales incentive structures to drive high performance.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and analytics team to set up dashboards.
  • Partner with Product & Tech to implement features that improve conversion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, CRM management, and sales automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar) and data visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau etc).
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and sales efficiency metrics.
  • Experience in a B2C environment (travel, fintech, edtech, or D2C preferred).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive operational change.
