Role: Specialist - Corporate Finance

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing daily transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of two members involved in daily transactions in the capacity as a transactional reviewer.
  • Develop strong fundamentals in Indian Accounting Standards in conjunction with book-keeping.
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and present analyses performed to Head – Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Ensure that regulatory reporting in connection with RBI mandates are complied with.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Chartered accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience either with a big 4 background or from a relevant industry.
  • Experience in Banking / Financial Services space is an added advantage.
  • Candidate with knowledge in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) who has a keenness to apply such knowledge into analytical aspects and frame perspectives about the business.
  • Oracle usage related knowledge.
  • Strong MS-Excel and analytical skillsets including knowledge of visualization tools like Power-BI.
