Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to work with our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the research process, including conducting literature reviews, synthesising complex economic data, developing and implementing quantitative research methodologies, analysing economic trends and policy impacts, drafting research papers, policy briefs, and reports for diverse audiences, and assisting in the organisation of academic conferences and policy dialogues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have a postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics and/or Public Administration, at least 1 year of demonstrable work experience, excellent research and writing skills, and prior publication of original research work. Excellent communication skills are also essential.

This is a full-time position (extendable as per performance) offering remuneration based upon the level of skills and experience.
