Job Title: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Professional

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled SPM expert to oversee the planning, design, configuration, and support of ServiceNow's SPM capabilities.

This position involves strategic thinking, solution development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of SPM solutions.

  • Act as a seasoned ServiceNow administrator with expertise in SPM modules
  • Develop strong knowledge of SPM product suite, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design
  • Perform impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to optimize system performance
  • Execute system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Ensure platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and defect fixes

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks
