We are looking for a seasoned Video Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative video solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality video products that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in embedded software development.
  • Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Android operating systems.
  • Experience with multimedia frameworks (e.g., OpenMAX, Codec2.0, GStreamer).
  • Knowledge of video codecs (e.g., H264, HEVC) and encoding/decoding flows.
  • Good understanding of ARM architectures (v7, v8).
  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (e.g., QNX, GHS).
  • Knowledge of hypervisor environments.
  • Exposure to Apple CarPlay, Baidu Car-Life, Android Auto, etc.
  • Understanding of YUV/RGB pixel formats and color conversions.
  • Experience with video pre- and post-processing algorithms.
