Job Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights on merchant performance.
  • Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process enhancements and revenue growth. Present clear and concise recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions. Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools for data extraction and presentation.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM preferred.
