Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Technical Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence Technical Director who can design, develop and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

As a Technical Director, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Design and develop scalable AI solutions using Python and modern frameworks.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure delivery of real outcomes.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: planning, execution, deployment and support.
  • Mentor and support engineers to help them grow within the team.
  • Bring a startup mindset: move fast, stay flexible and take ownership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.
  • Strong skills in Python, system design and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or Hugging Face.
  • Someone who has worked in customer-facing or consulting roles and can explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A problem-solver with a startup approach - adaptable, curious and outcome-driven.
