Financial Professional Job

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team in Kochi, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial planning services to domestic Indian clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.

  • Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.

  • Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.

  • Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.

  • Provide tax planning and advisory services ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.

  • Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.

  • Maintain client relationships through regular interactions providing strategic financial advice and solutions.

  • Keep abreast of changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.

  • Train and mentor junior accountants facilitating their professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI is mandatory.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits is essential.

  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances is necessary.

  • Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles is preferred.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and taxation tools is required.
