Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Application Developer with expertise in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web), with a strong focus on Flutter Web.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Flutter.
  • Implement state management using Provider effectively for efficient application development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.

Required Skills:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Mobile Application Developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux).
