Luna Operations team is looking for detail-oriented and technically-savvy Quality Assurance Technicians to perform test execution on Amazon's devices and services. Key responsibilities include testing applications and products manually and using automated tools, installing and configuring software, running automated scripts, analyzing failures, and troubleshooting issues.

**About the Role:**

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support test execution across various platforms at the user level, both manually and with automated tools. You will also be responsible for understanding and ramping up on testing procedures, guidelines, and policies for new devices. To succeed in this role, you should have good analytical ability, QA acumen, and knowledge of technical specifications and log files.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education. Experience in Java/C++/Perl/Python based automation and/or user-level automation tools such as Selenium/Web Driver is preferred.
