ERP Next Intern Job Description

Job Summary:

The ERP Next Intern will be responsible for supporting the transition to ERP Next, focusing on data migration, process setup, and post-implementation monitoring. Strong analytical skills and prior understanding of ERP systems are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data migration and uploads into ERPNext, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Setting up templates, controls, and guardrails to streamline processes.
  • Supporting process setup and documentation to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Post-implementation monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with a focus on data analysis and manipulation.
  • Prior understanding of ERP systems, preferably with experience in ERPNext or Frappe Technologies.
  • A commerce background is highly desirable for this role.
