The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by leveraging Dayforce to optimize staffing and scheduling strategies. With the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans, you will be instrumental in streamlining workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead volume forecasting using Dayforce to predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
- Configure and optimize advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
- Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
- Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.
- Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
- Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
