  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, proficiency in English or Spanish at C1 or C2 level, and an ownership mentality with proactive, accountable, and willing-to-take-responsibility mindset.
