Cloud Application Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications on the SAP BTP platform using SAP Cloud Platform tools and technologies such as SAPUI5, Fiori, JavaScript, and Java.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications on the SAP BTP platform using SAP Cloud Platform tools and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and create technical specifications for new applications and enhancements.
  • Integration: Integrate SAP BTP applications with various SAP and non-SAP systems using integration technologies such as OData, REST, and SOAP.
  • Extensions: Develop and maintain SAP BTP extensions and add-ons for existing SAP solutions such as S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Security: Implement application security using SAP BTP services like SAP Cloud Identity, Single Sign-On, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality of developed applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development, deployment, and operation.
