We are seeking a seasoned product professional to join our cross-functional product team. This individual will play a key role in building the investor allocation product offering, PerformA. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define and design the next generation of products on our platform, which is used by some of the most sophisticated hedge funds in the world.



Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate product specifications into design and implementation.

- Develop comprehensive business test cases to aid the engineering process.

- Continuously evaluate product progress, leveraging created test cases to ensure compliance with product specification and vision.

- Prepare prototypes using Python and AI technologies.

- Identify and escalate risks and assumptions

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in front, middle, or back-office operations with at least 3 years in Fund Accounting/Investor Allocation.

- B.Tech + MBA from a reputable institution.

- Strong grasp of programming fundamentals, including Java, Python, or JavaScript for scripting and prototyping.

- Familiarity with software development life cycles, APIs, microservices, and basic programming paradigms.

- Working knowledge of databases, data modeling, and SQL basics.

- Basic understanding of cloud services and their impact on scalability and deployment.

- Ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms, or tools as required.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Critical thinking and ability to articulate standpoints and influence stakeholders.

- Graduate degree in software engineering is preferred.
