Job Description:
We require an experienced HR professional who can perform a mix of career counseling and recruiting duties. The successful candidate will assist students in colleges and universities, coordinate with the institutions staff and local employers, and help students complete the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine job descriptions and employment ads
- Help students complete the hiring process
- Coordinate with the institutions staff and local employers
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position. You should also have knowledge of HR functions, including pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc., as well as understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office, have outstanding organisational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, strong ethics and reliability, and hold an MBA/BBA/BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working during regular business hours. Some travel may be required to visit employers or attend hiring events.
