We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager Legal.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end property transactions and conveyancing, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and compliance. This role involves working on various aspects of real estate law, including leave and license agreements, lease deeds, and sale transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals.
- Provide legal support for property registration, title verification, stamp duty, and registration formalities.
- Liaise with external counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities on property-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and contract databases for all real estate transactions.
- LLB degree with 4-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Working knowledge of RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.
