Job Title: Senior Equipment Specialist

  • The equipment specialist will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and cleaning of GEA granulation line equipment.
  • Responsible for recording activity in logbooks, maintaining accurate documentation of batch manufacturing records and facility cleaning following cGMP standards.
  • Perform all in-process checks and monitoring of intermediate processes in granulation ensuring compliance to BMR parameters.
  • Select recipes and set process parameters in Blender HMI to ensure correctness before machine revolution.
  • Responsible for sieve issuance, utilization, cleaning, and retrieval, as well as proper handling of machine change parts with its inventory.
  • Set up, changeover, and operate various manufacturing equipment within the granulation department ensuring compliance to BMR parameters.
  • Report and/or escalate any conditions or problems affecting product quality or integrity to supervisor and HOD production.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment notifying supervisor immediately of any safety concerns, accidents, or injuries observed.
  • Ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of intermediate processes by checking set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BMR before machine run in granulation area.
  • Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility following GDP with data-integrity compliance.
  • Complete training and training record as stipulated by time.
  • Prepare and utilize Disinfectant and cleaning agent solution as per defined procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, SOPs, and Safety regulations.
  • In absence of the position holder, subordinate executive/manager working in the section or authorized designee shall be responsible for day-to-day working.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate (UG) or Any Postgraduate (PG)
