Job Overview:

Our organization is looking for a skilled software developer to own our company website and content-platform stack end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new features in Next.js and React, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Design and integrate dynamic content with a headless CMS, meeting high performance and scalability standards.
  • Develop reusable UI components that prioritize accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality web pages, adhering to pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Set up and optimize server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes in Next.js, guaranteeing maximum speed and scalability.
  • Manage CMS schemas and workflows, streamlining data flow and content delivery.
  • Implement responsive design for optimal performance across devices and browsers, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications to maximize performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional web development experience with React and Next.js.
  • Demonstrable projects integrating a headless CMS into production sites.
  • Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience in consuming and designing REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Comfort with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively partner with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior work with PayloadCMS or i18n routing.
  • Familiarity with edge functions and image optimization pipelines.
  • Experience securing web apps and setting up automated tests.
