Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with our marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Your strong communication skills will enable you to connect with potential guests, understand their preferences, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage the booking process, ensuring seamless coordination between guests and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual travelers, families, and small groups.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or wildlife tourism industry. Strong customer service orientation, proficiency in CRM software, and digital sales tools are essential. A passion for wildlife, nature, and sustainable tourism is highly desirable.
