Hearing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hearing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosing a range of hearing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing empathetic counseling and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments and diagnose hearing disorders using advanced equipment and techniques.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address patient needs, including amplification devices, auditory therapy, and other interventions.
  • Provide compassionate and informative counseling and support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and anxieties related to hearing loss and its impact on daily life.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including ENT specialists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology, participating in ongoing professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Current certification from a recognized audiology board.
  • Experience in clinical settings, preferably with adults and children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient groups and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a patient-focused attitude.
