Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned senior manager to oversee project management operations for our India Market Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project management activities for technology initiatives in the India Market Unit.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
