We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Trade Mark and IP
  • Knowledge of Trademark journals opposition
  • Expertise in trademark search, registration procedure
  • Well-versed in data management
  • Deep knowledge of Trade Mark and IP laws
  • Rectification Proceedings
  • Injunction Matters
  • Cease & desist notice drafting
  • Drafting of various documents related to Intellectual Property and their rights

Educational Qualifications: A law graduate from a recognised University is required.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines independently, and find creative solutions to problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trademarks, intellectual property, and patent portfolios
  • Conduct trademark searches, registrations, and oppositions
  • Advise on trade mark and IP law compliance
  • Develop and implement effective data management strategies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in trade marks and IP
  • Strong knowledge of trade mark and IP laws
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
