Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive observability strategies to monitor IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Observability Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage observability solutions to ensure seamless system performance and availability.
  2. APM Tool Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain APM tools to monitor application performance and health.
  3. Log Management and Analytics: Utilize Sumo Logic for log collection, processing, and analysis to gain insights into system behavior.
  4. Incident Resolution: Collaborate with IT teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems efficiently.
  5. Data Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and improve system reliability.
  6. KPI Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and system health metrics.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with thorough knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Strong expertise in APM tools, including Dynatrace and Datadog.
  • Proficiency in Sumo Logic for log management and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
