About the Role: As a Data Transformation Lead, you will play a critical role in setting up a new data management process and leading a team responsible for handling financial statements of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, with experience in dealing with private equity financial statements and reporting.

The incumbent will manage a team that processes LP data filings, such as Schedule of Investments (SOI), and other private equity fund financial highlights/metrics. They will also evaluate historical data sets/source documents from partners to align with go-to-market requirements, including data cleansing, reconciliation, and data gap analysis.

The successful candidate will collaborate with product owners to shape the initial operational UI experience and perform periodic checks on the completeness and accuracy of extracted data. They will also identify gaps in coverage and devise quality control measures to prevent such gaps.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in data transformation and drive business growth.
