Job Summary:

At 2coms, we are seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high food quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare traditional Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori, and desserts.

2. Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure seamless kitchen operations.

3. Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, adhering to food safety regulations.

4. Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.

5. Collaborate with other chefs to create innovative and delicious menu options.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in Indian cooking, with a proven track record of preparing authentic dishes.

2. Knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, including regional specialties.

3. Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead junior staff.

4. Food Safety certification, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Desirable:

1. Hospitality/Culinary Arts diploma, with a focus on Indian cuisine.

2. Regional Indian cuisine expertise, with a deep understanding of local flavors and techniques.
