Job Summary

As the lead of operations, you will oversee the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Your role will involve taking complete ownership and responsibility for ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with resource providers to assign the right personnel for on-time work completion.
  • Foster collaboration between all project stakeholders by coordinating communication.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements for project progress updates.
  • Engage with professionals while directing the installation team to execute work safely according to the plan.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering or architecture.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing corporate/ residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic project management principles.
  • Attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership.
