Job Description

The Delivery Assurance Manager role requires a professional with expertise in end-to-end delivery management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing global HCM platforms, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process optimization.

Key responsibilities include overseeing concurrent implementations across modules and geographies, ensuring adherence to established best practices, and driving corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of results.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks, developing mitigation strategies, and steering risk management discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in HRMS/SaaS implementation, preferably in HR domain
  • 4+ years of experience in Darwinbox/Workday/similar global HCM platforms deployments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or Agile/Scrum Master preferred
