Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Design Expert to join our team, specializing in the design and development of large-scale electrical systems for hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for hyperscale data centers, including low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) systems, electrical distribution, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, generators, batteries, PDUs and electrical infrastructure.
  • Develop detailed electrical load analysis and power system modelling to optimize capacity, efficiency, and redundancy.
  • Review and validate electrical systems designs to ensure they meet operational performance requirements, such as availability, energy efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead testing and commissioning of electrical systems during data center construction and ensure systems are operating as designed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical design for large-scale hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
  • Extensive experience with electrical load analysis, power distribution, UPS systems, standby generators, and backup power solutions.
  • Expertise in industry codes, standards, and regulations (NBC, IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.).
