We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of innovative software solutions, while also mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
  • 6-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java.
  • Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in web technologies including RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
