Job Title: Lead AI Specialist and Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist and Senior Developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to automate credit rule authoring.
  • Candidates must collaborate cross-functionally with credit strategists & product managers to integrate AI and ML models into credit lending decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI models for automating credit rule authoring.
  • Collaborate with automation team to automate end-to-end of credit rule authoring and testing.
  • Manage the Business Rules Management System (BRMS) of various credit platforms, including architecture, design, development, UAT, and release cycle management.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience with AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Data preprocessing (making data AI-ready) for tabular and textual data.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Rule Engine, BOM/XOM, execution algorithms, ruleset generation, and debugging.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with development teams and business stakeholders.
