Job Summary:

This HR & Admin Executive position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate personnel records and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update internal databases with new hire information, ensuring seamless integration into our organizational system.
  • Create comprehensive guidelines and FAQs regarding company policies to facilitate a clear understanding among employees.
  • Gather and analyze payroll data, including bank account details and working days, to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Publish and manage job advertisements to attract top talent while effectively removing outdated postings.
  • Coordinate and schedule job interviews, as well as initiate contact with candidates as needed, to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Develop and prepare detailed reports and presentations on human resources-related metrics, such as the total number of hires by department, to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
