Murex Implementations Program Manager

Role: Murex Implementations Program Manager

Experience level: 15+ years experience in Murex implementations

Work Location : Remote or Bangalore (WFO)

Mandatory Skills:
  • Overall 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management
  • Strong Understanding of Murex Architecture & ability to comprehend end to end processes
  • Subject Matter Expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Offshore delivery Management experience
  • Team Management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience on handling atleast 1 murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.) & scrum certification
Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade Program from remote or offshore location.
  2. Responsible & Accountable for end to end execution of project
  3. Responsible for Project Initiation, Planning & Scheduling, Execution & Completion
  4. Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management & fostering strong relationship with clients, team members & end user stakeholders
  5. Identifying Risk, Issues, Critical path activities and tracking their mitigations, resolution & coming up with solutions
  6. Provide status update related to all the stakeholders
  7. Responsible for People Management & Resource management
  8. Project status tracking & setting up different levels of governance
