About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in large, multi-national corporations and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role requires collaboration, listening, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale while working with L&D teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Engaging Learning Experiences: Create interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, that drive behavior change across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Designers: Work with designers to develop high-quality learning assets using various tools and technologies, including Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL, and JSON.
  • Analyze Data and Make Informed Decisions: Interpret data and make informed decisions to continuously improve assets based on evaluation results, feedback, and changing business needs.
  • Communicate Effectively: Write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, in Software Development, Application Development, Web Development, Unity Development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in large, multi-national corporations, operating across many countries and cultures, and knowledge of software / application / web development trends, regulations, and best practices.
