Bollywood Entertainment Journalist

Senior Content Writer is a crucial role at our organization.

Job Overview:

• Cover theatrical/OTT reviews on a monthly basis
• Write entertainment articles for a prominent online platform as per the assigned targets & categories.
• Cover media events in Mumbai and be willing to travel to other cities for media events as required.
• Have written online reviews for a reputable national/international platform (please share review links with byline)
• Have good contacts with PRs and be a regular on their media invite list
• Be willing to conduct cast & crew interviews if required (video/audio/print) and be a regular on their media invite list.
• Develop creative ideas to expand content on the platform.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in reviewing movies & writing content.
• Strong command over English language, vocabulary & grammar.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and familiarity with SEO/SMM is essential.
• Be flexible to work in shifts as per roster and at odd times as required for press shows/events.
• Quickly understand and prioritize content that matters.
• Excellent editing skills, including proofreading grammar & language before publishing.
• Understand target audience and create content accordingly.
• Experience with video content will be an added advantage.
