Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Art Director to lead the creative design team in elevating their capabilities and deliverables at a strategic level.

The ideal candidate will provide technical and creative assistance on high-end projects, work with the operations team to establish frameworks for high-quality project delivery, and partner with senior resources to develop innovative solutions and workflows that strengthen client relationships.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Operation Leads to identify new opportunities, review and scope, and set up teams.
  • Engage with client contacts, understand briefs, make design decisions, and manage resources for effective project execution.
  • Maintain overall design quality, working closely with key individuals on critical projects across marketing collateral designs, presentations, and illustrations.
  • Facilitate collaboration between multiple teams with diverse skill sets to achieve superior client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require:

  • 15+yrs of experience in a publishing house.
  • Technical proficiency in multiple design tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Effective planning and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work on Mac based / Windows based workstations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
