Job Title

Associate Director Production plays a pivotal role in leading production processes and client relationships.

The ideal candidate combines a strong production background with excellent client-servicing skills, overseeing project management from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all stages of production projects.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering professional growth and effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, meeting client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in production and client servicing, preferably in BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Process Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sectors and sector-specific creative requirements.
