Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

This position involves designing and implementing robust security solutions to safeguard our infrastructure from cyber threats. Your expertise in zScaler, proxy, and network security will enable us to stay ahead of emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security solutions using zScaler and proxy technologies.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in technical reviews and status updates with the CAB.
  • Resolve incidents, changes, and problems through daily operations.
  • Work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4-7 years of IT network experience with strong exposure to infrastructure security and proxy.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing zScaler solutions.
  • Ability to create test cases for validating solutions to cover various scenarios.
  • Good hands-on experience in migrating proxy solutions to zScaler solutions.
  • Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in web content filtering like CCSP, CEH, etc.
  • Good analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation, and provide on-time status.
  • Exposure on Agile methodology and ITIL framework domain knowledge.
  • Good documentation skill with network architecture drawing experience with Microsoft Visio.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and conversing in English/Japanese languages.
  • Able to understand requirements and work on solution approach/project deliverables as per given schedules.
  • Participating meeting with CAB for technical reviews, status updates, and communicating issues.
