Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a customer support associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, calling Jio customers to explain the benefits of their recharges, assisting customers with completing their Jio recharge, selling new Jio connections to prospective customers and resolving customer queries within agreed timelines.
Additionally, the candidate will ensure a delightful customer experience by responding to all customers in an appropriate tone and language, capturing customer details and data relevant to the call or service, and learning about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering.
As a customer support associate, you will be working closely with a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, local language skills and sales and customer handling skills. A fresher with a 10th standard education qualification is preferred.
The successful candidate will have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Furthermore, the candidate should be result-oriented and have a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
