Job Title: Associate General Manager - Design

  • ">
  • Own the revenue of a region and manage critical growth and performance metrics of both business and people.">
  • Take complete ownership of business-critical initiatives, including product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, and vendor base management.">
  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.">
  • Develop a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.">
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team, comprising Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, etc.">
  • Develop an ecosystem for successful Design experience for both internal teams and customers.">
  • Ensure quality Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services for the region.">
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members.">
  • Be the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, providing continuous feedback to improve the organization.">

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. B.Arch or equivalent degree; comparable degree in Arch/Design or MBA.">
  3. At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through designers.">
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills to convey business requirements effectively.">
  5. Determined individual with a structured thought process, analytical ability, and leadership skills.">
  6. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and customer needs.">
  7. Excellent leadership skills to hire, retain, motivate, and develop a diverse team.">
  8. Ability to track and train team members on job skills, recognize strong/weak performance, and course correct as needed.">
  9. Customer empathy and trustworthiness as a knowledgeable partner.">
  10. Regional leader who is hungry, humble, and lean.">
