Job Title: Escalation Specialist

 

The Mission

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Escalation Specialist to join our team. As an Escalation Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving security and operational risks while providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve security and operational risks through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, law enforcement, and operations teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders to navigate and triage security and operational risks
  • Facilitate critical incident and workplace violence triage coordination and facilitation

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Conversational level fluency in Arabic and English
  • Effective computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet navigation
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working over the internet and successfully navigating websites
  • Effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication and attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 months of customer service experience, including answering multiple phone lines and ticket-related communication in a command center work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Crisis Management, or Business Administration
  • Experience in resolving conflicts, providing crisis management triage, and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Intermediate fluency in one or more of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Spanish, Italian, German, French
