Strategic Visionary Leader for Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd

Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd seeks a seasoned Strategic Visionary Leader to drive its long-term growth and success. As the key architect of our organization's vision, you will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to senior management and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, consulting, or executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
This is a remote/hybrid/in-office opportunity that offers a competitive salary based on experience ($120,000 - $180,000 per annum). Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Planning:
- Lead the development of the organization's strategic vision and long-term plans, in collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, setting clear goals, strategies, and performance metrics to measure progress and success.
- Strategic Leadership and Execution:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing project teams and resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of results.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking to drive strategic innovation and growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather insights, solicit feedback, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel and recommendations based on industry best practices and analysis.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership, presenting findings and insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Strategic Partnerships and Growth Opportunities:
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, alliances, and growth opportunities to enhance the organization's competitive position and market presence.
- Lead negotiations and execution of strategic agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assess and pursue mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities that support business growth and expansion strategies.
