**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our team at Easy Home Finance Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies. This role involves overseeing sales, credit, collections, and operational functions while leading a team to achieve business targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategies for business development in assigned areas.
- Train and mentor the team on selling techniques, business processes, and credit parameters.
- Monitor and track team performance to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular field visits for customer meetings, investigations, and relationship development.
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance with pre- and post-disbursement formalities.
- Oversee collections and recovery of assigned portfolios.
- Implement effective strategies to reduce Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and overdue cases.
- Stay updated on competitor practices and market activities/preferences to recommend future strategies.
- Promote various marketing initiatives in assigned areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and grievances timely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
- At least 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Proven experience in hiring and training individuals.
